Victor C. Foy was born on September 12, 1963, in Petersburg, VA to Diane Byrd and Forest Mitchell. He departed this life on March 28, 2025.

Victor, affectionately known as "Vic", graduated from Petersburg High School and was employed with Anord Mardix (USA), Inc. for numerous years.

In his spare time, Victor enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, and watching football on television (especially the Washington Commanders, of which he was a diehard fan).

Victor was preceded in death by his father, Forest Mitchell; stepfather, James Byrd; grandmother, Erma Foy; grandfather, James Foy; fiancée, Patricia Hudson; aunt, Ida Lawson; niece, Londyn Ennis; and grandson, Dakota Hudson.

Victor leaves to cherish his memories his mother, Diane Byrd; devoted daughter, Arquicia Hudson; son, Damarrio Hudson; brother, Jason Byrd (Concordia Yates); sisters, Pamela McBride, Kimberly Arline and Brina Smith; grandchildren, Damarrio Hudson, Jr., Ahmarrii Hudson, DeMarion Hudson and Kemaria Hudson; sister-in-law, Gayonty Byrd; nieces, Jashona Byrd (devoted), Brittany Byrd, Ronsheka Thorne and Tiara Thorne; nephew, Dontia Gilliam; devoted uncle, Willie Brady; devoted cousins, Darryl Ruffin, Damon Brown, Bobby Henderson and Sedgwick Brown; devoted friends, Melvin Gholson, Jarrett Judd, Brian Stith, Carlos Brown and Angela Johnson; and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
