Thomas E. Brown, Jr. was born on June 26, 1957, in Brooklyn, NY and was called home to be with the Lord on September 15, 2025, at the tender age of 68. Thomas, known as "T Brown" and "Horse", had a great personality with a great sense of humor. He always had a smile on his face.

Thomas loved his music, and he loved spending time with his family and friends. He always was a snappy dresser with his cool New York swag. Thomas was a lover of sports. He played all sports, especially football and basketball and was an avid New York Giants fan.

Thomas enrolled in the United Stated Armed Forces at the age of 17 and was medically discharged a short time after. Horse, the name given to Thomas, was reminiscing of the brother in the TV show Bonanza; he was a physically gifted gentle giant, humble and loving to all. He was genuine, sincere, caring and giving man who would stand up for those who were less fortunate.

Thomas will be missed dearly. He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas E. Brown, Sr.; mother, Rosemarie Wright Brown; sister, Marcella Brown; brother, Wayne Brown; and his nephew, Tarran Brown.

Thomas is survived by his siblings, Gregory Brown, Tyrone Brown, Anthony Brown, Warren Brown, Dennis Brown and Chantal Brown; sister-in-law, Jolin Thomas Brown; aunt, Joyce Henderson; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Thomas will be forever loved, always remembered, and never forgotten.

Services will be held 1:00 P.M., Saturday, September 27, 2025, in the Chapel of J.M. Wilkerson Funeral Establishment, Inc., 102 South Avenue, Petersburg, VA, the Rev. Edward L. Fox III, eulogist.
