Sahmani (One is blessed, peaceful) Zaiel (God's strength, divine strength) Amir (Prince) - (Our prince blessed with God's strength.)

Sahmani Zaiel Amir Stokes was born on March 10, 2026, to his loving parents, Ahmni and Frank. He was welcomed with joy by his brother, Aiyden; his grandparents, Sandy, Kenneth, Noemi and Lindsay; and his great grandmothers, Christine and Nellie (preceded him in eternal rest).

Sahmani departed this life in the arms of his parents on July 17, 2026, at VCU Health Medical Center. Though his time on earth was brief, he was a radiant light who brought immeasurable joy to his family. Sahmani met each day with strength far beyond what anyone could have imagined, surpassing medical expectations and touching every heart around him. Our lives are forever changed, yet we remain deeply grateful for the precious time we were blessed to share with him. Sahmani will be cherished, remembered, and eternally loved by his parents, his brother, grandparents, aunties, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Rest peacefully in God's arms, our sweet prince.
