Following a courageous battle, Gina was called home to be with the Lord on June 12, 2026, in South Chesterfield, Virginia. A devout Christian, mother, sister and aunt. Born June 6, 1959, was raised with her twin sister in Chicago, Illinois. Gina was a proud Chicagoan and always raved about the food.

Gina dabbled in many fields of work but her most prized job was as a Veterinary Assistant; her love for animals was unconditional. In her spare time, she enjoyed writing poetry and went on to have her writings compiled into a published book.

Gina is survived by her daughter, Angela Canale (Anthony); her twin sister, Cindy Krypciak; nieces, nephews and cousins.

Gina joins her parents in eternal rest.
