Harold Mason, 77, of Petersburg, Virginia, peacefully departed this life surrounded by his loved ones. An ordained minister who loved the Lord deeply, Harold had a gift for making people feel seen and cherished. His warm smile and natural charm drew people to him wherever he went.

Harold is lovingly survived by his son, Robert; daughter, Ashley; granddaughter, Shaniqua; great-grandson, Jeremiah; and his brothers, Wayne (Diane) and Michael (Shawn); nephew, Michael Anthony; nieces, Terri (Brian), Chyna, Katelyn; and his fiancée, Barbara.

In his time here, Harold lived fully, cheering on his favorite teams, savoring a good meal, spending time at the beach, and cherishing every moment with loved ones. Above all, he loved people, and they loved him in return.

He leaves behind a legacy of warmth, laughter, and faith that will carry on in every heart he touched. Harold is now reunited with his father, Robert, and mother, Constance, welcomed home in eternal peace.

Rest well, Harold. You were deeply loved and will be dearly missed.
