"With a heart full of sorrow and love, I share the passing of my beloved brother, Milton Cruz, who left us on Saturday, August 9, 2025 in Petersburg, VA.
Milton was more than a brother— he was a cherished son, cousin, and loyal friend. He lived his life with passion and always on his own terms. An intelligent, skilled, and talented electrical design draftsman, he poured his heart into everything he did.
He proudly served in the U.S. Army and went on to dedicate his career to continuing that service—supporting both his country and his fellow servicemen working on ships with honor, commitment, and care.
A diehard Pittsburgh Steelers fan and Mets fan, Milton's love for his teams was as strong and steadfast as the love he gave to those around him.
We will miss him deeply. But we take comfort in knowing that he is now in the Lord's embrace, resting in peace and love. "You will forever be in our hearts, Milton. We love you always."
Services will be held 3:00 P.M., Saturday, September 19, 2025 at Virginia Veterans Cemetery at Amelia, 10300 Pridesville Roadd, Amelia Court House, VA.
