Jeffery Allen Harris, age 62, of Hopewell, VA, passed away on April 9, 2025. He was born on October 28, 1962, in Richmond, VA.

Jeffrey was preceded in death by his father, John W. Harris; two brothers, Aruther "Chubby" Jenkins and Howard Harris; and three sisters, Sandra Weatherholt, Alice Barb and Shirley "Diane" Edwards.

Jeffrey is survived by his mother, Anna Townsend; stepfather, Seth "Perry" Townsend; two daughters, Amber Harris (fiancé Sean Clark) and Crystal Harris; five grandchildren, Carson, Austin, Hunter, Reagan and Stromie; one sister, Vickie Sodano; three nephews, John Harris and family, Thomas "Andy" Sodano III and Jimmy Pearson, Jr.; two nieces, Marissa Sodano and family and Anna Pearson and family; his shadow and fury companion, Max; and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends who loved him dearly.

Jeffrey's favorite hobbies were fishing at Tyler Beach, throwing horseshoes and darts. He also loved hanging with family, friends and joking around. He will truly be missed.

A memorial service will be held 3:00 P.M., Saturday, May 3, 2025, at Hopewell Life Church, 112 S. 12th Avenue, Hopewell, VA, Pastor Christian Synan, officiant.
