Earl Kenneth Hines age 80, of Petersburg, Virigina, departed this life on May 26, 2026. Born on April 5, 1946, in Petersburg, Virginia. Earl commonly known as Kenneth was the beloved son of Geneva Hines and Ellis Fields. Kenneth never met a stranger. He had a genuine love for people. He would talk to people about eating healthy, generational stability, taking care of family, and living peacefully. He loved boxing, racing cars, basketball, navy blue coveralls, and his ChapStick.

After his retirement from Dominion Virginia Power, he along with his best friend Brother Wayne would fix bikes, weed eaters, and lawn mowers for the people in the community. Kenneth may not have been known worldwide but the impact he left will be everlasting.
