On July 25, 2026, the Baugh family will lay to rest the soul of Clarence H. Baugh. The Bible verse that fits him best is Matthew 7:12: "Therefore, whatever you want men to do to you, do also to them for this is the law and the profits (prophets)." (Treat people like you want to be treated.)

Clarence Harrison Baugh II, fondly known as "CB", age 64, passed away on July 13, 2026. He graduated from Matoaca High School and earned an associate's degree in Mechanics.

Clarence always sought out new experiences throughout life and loved to share them with others. Some experiences included motorcycle riding, fishing, car racing, and bowling which led to meeting his late mother-in-law, Rachel Graves as well as his wife Bridgette, and many more family members and friends. He was a loving brother, husband, father, and friend. As a father and husband, he loved having family trips where he'd lead his beloved wife and daughters around with a smile and a lengthy list of fun things to see or try next.

CB was passionate about mechanics and all kinds of repair work for cars, lawnmowers, and other equipment. He was happy to give advice, teach anyone–from family to acquaintances– about repair work, or help find deals online for replacement parts too. Usually wherever he went, there was at least one person who knew CB and he'd greet them with his signature warm smile every time.

Clarence was preceded in death by his parents, Leola Baugh and Dr. Thomas Baugh; his sister, Patricia Baugh; and his cousin, Randall Smith.

He is survived by his loving wife, Bridgette Baugh; daughters, Rachel and Raven Baugh; brothers, Thomas Baugh (Lockie Baugh), Kim Baugh (Marie Baugh) and Charles Rhone; and many other cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Services will be held 11:00 A.M., Saturday, July 25, 2026, in the Chapel of J. M. Wilkerson Funeral Establishment, Inc., 102 South Avenue, Petersburg, VA, the Rev. William Roberts, eulogist.
