Calvin McKinley Robinson was born on April 3, 1965, to the late Leroy and Virginia Robinson (Tricia) in Sussex County, Virginia. He departed this life on November 22, 2025.

Calvin graduated from Sussex Central High School. He was a member of Rocky Mount Baptist Church in McKenney, Virginia.

Calvin was employed with Precon, Inc. He later moved to Richmond, Virginia where he met his dear friend Mr. Robert Greever.

Calvin was a genuine friend and cousin to all. He loved to dance and make others smile. He enjoyed cookouts and family events along with playing pool.

Calvin leaves to cherish his memories his devoted sister, Jennifer Robinson Long; devoted brother-in-law, Quanta Long; niece, Jessica Robinson; great nephew and great neice, JaMarri'A Brown and Ja'Myia Brown; and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.

Services will be held 1:00 P.M., Monday, December 1, 2025, at Rocky Mount Baptist Church, 24901 Ridge Road, McKenney, VA, the Rev. Carlos Jordan, Pastor. The interment to follow in the church cemetery.
