Amariya J.
Moore
Apr 11, 2025 — Jan 15, 2026
A Beautiful Angel
Amariya Jay'lani Moore was born on April 11, 2025, at ECU Health in Tarboro, North Carolina.
Amariya was dedicated to Christ on July 20, 2025, and introduced to Him at a very young age. She was a faithful member of Tabernacle Baptist Church.
She was adored by her family, who affectionately called her "Yaya," "AJ," "Gummy Bear," "Lil Chocolate," "Sweet Pea," "Ms. Louise," "Jay Bird," and "Baby Slim." Amariya attended Appletree Daycare, where she excelled tremendously and was well favored.
From the moment she entered this world, Amariya brought with her a light that could be felt by everyone around her. Her smile had a way of brightening even the hardest days, and her laughter filled hearts with joy. She loved to dance, stay busy, and explore the world with happiness and curiosity reminding us all of life's simple blessings. A joyful soul full of movement and wonder, she shared her light without even knowing it. Though her time on earth was brief, her impact was immeasurable. She touched every heart she encountered and left behind memories filled with smiles, laughter, and warmth.
Now, Amariya rests peacefully in God's care; dancing freely in heaven, surrounded by light and love. We take comfort in knowing her joy did not end, it was simply carried home. Until the day we are reunited, we will hold her close in our hearts, grateful for the gift of her life and the happiness she shared so freely.
